There have been some very concerning incidents with them and their clients. I used them and had an incident and something feels very wrong. Why change your name that many times?"

He was able to start on the project the following day and kept me updated on the progress he made, explaining various codes and how the components worked in the system when I had questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly in all our conversations. Dave went above and beyond to ensure our house was once again safe and functioning as it was prior to the fire. "I did not get the service that we originally talked about I am very unhappy"

"Rick at Epic took our deposit money and guaranteed a max amount would be withheld if we backed out our project. After receiving a quote that was $70k over our budget, which he said he could work within our budget and would not provide a quote without deposit, we decided to back out. During the whole process Epic cancelled or rescheduled meetings at the last minute several times and was overall unresponsive. Epic the billed us double what they initially said would be the max. After much discussion they finally agreed to honor the original agreement. Since then, they have not sent any additional refund that was agreed upon and have stopped responding to communication. This was our first experience with a home builder and the worst experience I’ve had with any vendor of any kind. There are plenty of builder options, STAY AWAY FROM EPIC!!!"

We had water coming into our basement during hard rain due to not having window wells installed and we wanted to get them put in ASAP.
