"Our central A/C stopped working in the middle of a heat wave.  I called around to several local HVAC companies and Christian was the only one to say they could come out within a day.  When I called I was not sure if the system could be fixed, or if it needed to be replaced completely - the system was installed in the house in 1976.  The repairman was prompt and professional, explaining everything he planned to do.  Fortunately he was able to get the system up and running again.  He did suggest replacing the system as an option and connected me with the sales department, but there was absolutely no pressure.  I appreciate their honesty - it would have been very easy to say that the system was beyond repair.  The system will eventually need to be replaced, and I will call Christian first when that time comes.   <br />"
