I had contacted three local heating and cooling companies that told me I had to have my system replaced. "Everything went very well. Technicians arrived on time with all necessary parts and equipment. It took about six hours to remove the old unit and install new unit, they worked non-stop - and it was 25 degrees outside! Technicians were very friendly and professional / knowledgable. They made sure everything worked properly after installation and made sure I was comfortable with operating the unit."
