"Michael and Bryden from Simply Floor Coverings took on a job no one else would touch: Leveling a very old, uneven concrete basement floor and installing glue-down planks. The job required layers of a special compound mixture as an underlayment to achieve the proper pitch and slope to two separate drains. It was intricate, meticulous, skilled, and labor intensive work. We were so happy with the final product that we paid more than the agreed upon price. Bryden even came over on a Sunday to expedite the timeline of completion.
