"Had an attitude to begin, installed a gas valve (which I provided), drained the water heater but didn't divert the water out the side door with a hose(which I provided), forgot to turn water back on to tank, and didn't wave the service call like he said. Paid $355 for this and now I have to deal with the water heater he drained (without using the provided hose) soaking the hallway carpeting. Very pissed off"

Both offered straightforward solutions, completed the repair, and included the re-test ? total cost: $200. No complaints about the initial service, but the pricing was excessive compared to the market. I got the job done properly elsewhere for less than half the price. No further discussion needed. I won?t be using this company again."
