"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

"The people that I dealt with were nice enough, the price of $49 seemed fantastic, but the spraying did nothing to deter the ants. The ants were back that same day. I contacted a different exterminator that we had used in the past, and he got the job done the next day- no more ants. In hindsight, I should've contacted Southern Pest Control to tell them their spray didn't work. Maybe they would have re-sprayed, maybe they wouldn't have. In the end, I felt like the price was too good to be true, I wanted to avoid a potential argument and another period of waiting for them to return."

"I contacted Pest Chase first thing in the morning about a very large wasp nest that had been built in a tree in my front yard. Sundar came out within a few hours to evaluate the nest and provide a quote. He returned that afternoon and removed the nest. After a few days, we noticed a few wasps were still hanging around the area and he came back to spray again just to make sure they were gone.
