"They did quick spray for spider control and settled boxes for mice at first appointment. One week later, they came back to add more baits in boxes for mice and sealed some wholes. Another 2 weeks later, they will come back to finish the work. Still waiting for the last appointment."

"First off let me state that their price is competive/in line with other companies in area and some are much higher. AWAE was one of several companies I called and they were the only ones willing to come out the same day. Because the squirrel was on the ledge they set live traps. They called the next day to reassure me that due to the weather not to be worried that the squirrel hadn't taken the bait. I got home late that day and did not get a chance to call them back like they asked. On the third day they called again and I was able to return their call late in the afternoon. They were concerned that I still didn't have results and sent Tom back out even though it was very late in the day. I really appreciated that. Tom was professional and resourceful in capturing my squirrel. I wanted him let go in my yard but Tom was right to talk me out of it. In reviewing my past records I used this same company ten years ago. The price was a bit higher but the quick response, professsionalism and the positive outcome were the same. I hope I don't ever have to use a pest control service again!! but I will definately call AWAE if I need to and I recommend them. "It went very well.  We never caught the mink, but once the trap was down we saw no other evidence the animal was getting into the pond.  We felt much better just having the trap there.  Steve came every week day to check on the trap - he left the trap up for 13 days.  We were very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to call again with any other nuisance animal problems. <br />"

We originally called when we moved in and found there was a terrible problem with spiders. "We have used the rat patrol team both in 2014 and again in 2016 and both times were impressed and satisfied with their thorough service. We had rats that had made their way into the building and then into the interior of the apartment. Jerry came out and took time to locate exterior entry points around the building, noting a few. He also used an anti coagulant to bait the rats, which he said when eaten the rats return to their burrows and then die there instead of in your walls which can happen with regular poison. He referred us to a sewage company to come out and close up our catch basin where there was a hole which the rats were entering our main pipe line from. Jerry took time to listen, explain, and really seek out the right solution. It's good to have someone who tells you the way it is as well, Jerry explained the number of rats per human in Chicago and their life styles which was helpful in coming up with a prevention plan for our area. Hoping to employ the rat patrol for a yearly inspection at our condo building. We would recommend the Rat Patrol to all our friends dealing with city rat issues! We have used a different exterminator one year and noticed the difference in what was used and still had a rat enter the inside of a unit. My husband was the one who caught it that time and sealed the hole with a steel plate. Won't waste me time with other exterminators this time. Spend the money call rat patrol and get it done right."
