"Scott and Matthew were so professional and installed our new water heater on a Saturday. We have three kids and not having a hot water is not ideal. Thank you for the quick splendid service. Thank you."

"Called Excaliber first thing in the morning with no hot water and homeowners were remote. The response was that a plumber (Eddie Guerrero) was in the area and would come by in the morning for an estimate. It was discovered that the water heater needed replacement and the system brought up to code. Mr. Guerrero took care of water leakage and quickly gave an estimate, explaining the options fully. Once the estimate was received via text and phone calls, he came back a few hours later to make the install. He was efficient and thorough and communicated great about the install throughout. By 6 pm that evening, the heater was installed and hot water available. Excellent service was provided."

He was friendly and patient, taking the time to walk us through the process and explain the new unit. The new water heater is working perfectly, and we are very satisfied. We would absolutely call 1-800-Plumber+Air again for any future plumbing needs."
