"Installed washer and dryer and installed an extension to the gas line. The workers did not remove the shipping bolts from washer. I had to do it myself later that night after the machine was clanking and hopping around like crazy during the spin cycle. Called in to complain and the owner apologized and gave me a partial reimbursement. Owner was nice and very apologetic but if you're name has "install" in it and you don't know to remove those shipping bolts when installing a washer, that's a big problem."

"I retained the services of Jose Leon Handyman to retain/repaint a small decorative maintenance shed belonging to the land trust of which I am president. The job included pre-washing/cleaning of cedar shingles, replacing several broken shingles, and replacing the cedar shutters, as well as fixing a number of small problems that were discovered while Mr. Leon was working for us; as well as the added job of resealing a small asphalt court and painting a hop-scotch court thereon. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."
