"They came and gave me a bid for repair which according to angi.com was above the high end of for this type of repair. I needed it done quickly so I okayed the repair. I never received a written estimate or work repair order. I was told that his wife does that on Sundays and I would receive it via email. I still have not received it. The work was done and the garage door is working, but I feel as though I could have had it done cheaper and with written paperwork and a warranty. I have a standard garage door and the repair cost me $350.00 plus tax."

The original door installation crew cut the motor track so the unit could be mounted on a ceiling beam which meant that the door could not completely open. BJ and his team reconfigured the mounting of the motor/track so a full-length track could be used and the new door now goes all the way up in the open position. Great!
