"I hired the Restoration Guild (as HOA president and individual owner of units )to complete the demo and restoration of a nine unit apartment complex that was engulfed by a large fire. This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. Everyone that came on site from the Restoration Guild was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Mr. Tenney helped us to navigate the complex web of the multiple insurance claims ( different companies for the individual owners and the HOA. ) and permitting that came along with his project. Not only was the final project beautifully completed in a timely fashion. I do not believe that we would’ve been able to complete this project with cooperation from the insurance company without the help and competency from the Restoration Guild. ( Through multiple meetings and immense documentation, The Restoration Guild was able to compel the insurance company to pay over 10x their original offer of compensation ) I would not hesitate to hire them for any construction work, namely, because of their: integrity, competency, and the quality of their work"

"I knew owning a 111-year-old house would come with challenges and big projects, so I was not surprised when the inspector labeled the bowing and insufficient rafters in my attic as my new top priority. After way too many phone calls to businesses that didn't even listen to my description of the issue before telling me to just find a roofer, I finally found Arise Constructions. They were the only company who listened to my whole explanation of the issue instead of dismissing me in the first few seconds. Victor was immediately enthusiastic about the project, being both reassuring that it could be fixed and up-front that it could take a lot of work, depending on what else was affected. He later had no hesitation in bringing in a second structural engineer when I was concerned about the cost and extent of the first engineerâ s suggested fix. The second proposal was a creative solution that better aligned with my goal of maintaining the existing structure as much as possible, so we got started soon after. The project felt organized from start to finish: I had a general timeline, frequent pictures, and near-daily conversations about progress and next steps. Between Victor, Pepe, and Todd, someone from Arise Constructions was here nearly every day work was being done to ensure everything was on-track and up to their companyâ s high standards. The few issues that arose were brought to me and dealt with immediately. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond in their own way, even helping me with a separate minor issue that happened to pop up while they were here. I will definitely be reaching out to Victor again once I'm ready to do more."
