The communication was excellent to keep me informed when LCA could get to me. On time and fixed the problem in an hour. I would recommend them. P.S., I've submitted two other reviews for LCA Plumbing and Heating concerning the same service call, I don't know if they were posted by Home Advisor or not."

One thing I really appreciated was that he discovered that the unit that was installed by the builder was larger than I needed, and therefore was not running efficiently. He explained to me in a way I could understand what the difference was in the sizes and why a smaller unit was actually better for my house. This saved me money, not only on the unit itself, but also on my energy bills, which was a savings I saw immediately. The work was done well and on time, and the follow up service was also excellent. I was impressed enough with the service I received that I hired him to come back and extend my exterior gas line from my barbecue grill to my fire pit.
