"I am so happy with the job J. Millett has done on our bathroom remodel. He has taken special attention to every detail I want to be just right. His crew has always shown up on time, they've been very courteous, and kept the work area and walking in an out of the house clean and protected from messes and debris. Everyone has been friendly and very knowledgeable at their job position. Everything happened in a timely manner and the end result is better than I imagined. I referred J. Millett to my parents for their future remodels and will continue to refer him to anyone I hear looking for a top notch contractor. I am beyond pleased with the job he has done. And he's such a great guy to top it off. Its been a joy working with him and his crew. My kids have enjoyed watching the guys working and they have all been great at explaining to my 5 year what and why they are doing it and what each tool is for. "The old gate sagged and drove me crazy scraping on the walkway. It was flimsy and looked really bad. Roger built a new, sturdy gate of good quality redwood. He put attractive hardware on it to enhance its appearance. The new gate is very securely fastened to studs and opens and closes just great. Roger had done fence work for me in the past and did a great job a always. He also makes sure you are pleased with the work and is very punctual. Great job.

"We needed numerous updates and repairs, including replacement of carpeted floors with luxury vinyl, all interior rooms painted, replacement of bathroom vanities and a shower stall, fence replacement, plumbing repairs, replacement of sliding door and more, completed on a rental house. Our search for a contractor started with the floor replacement. We were lucky to find Pinuelas Construction through Angi's list. Ricky Pinuelas contacted us right away to provide an estimate. When verifying his business license, I noticed it included general contractor. We then had him complete all of the repairs needed on the house, not just the floor. This saved us so much time being able to work with one company. We continued to add items as we moved forward and Ricky was always able to accommodate our needs. He and his crew are all professional and great to work with. The fees were fair, work quality was excellent and always responsive. We highly recommend Pinuelas Construction."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
