"We are long-time Anthony’s customers and are on their ASAP plan. We had a list of several electrical projects we needed done: (1) a bedroom wall switch replaced (2) 2 lights added to our basement (3) a kitchen fluorescent fixture re-wired to accept LED lighting (4) a bathroom fan replaced and (5) an outlet with a dedicated circuit installed in our garage for the control box of a sprinkler system. The team of Todd and Tyler arrived at our house at the appointed time and got right to work. All of the work was done very professionally and we are very happy with the result. They were actually able to replace the motor in the old bathroom fan, which was less expensive than replacing the entire fan, and that was fine with us! The invoice was very clear about what work was done and we got a nice discount because we are ASAP members. "Zach from Mac Wilson plumbing came to my house to review estimates I had received from a couple of the "big" plumbing companies relating to my main sewer line. The "big" companies had claimed the entire sewer line was shot and needed to be replaced at costs ranging from $12K to $15K. Zach reviewed everything and told me my sewer line only needed regular maintenance and cleaning at a cost of a couple hundred dollars a year and the full replacement was not needed at all. He could easily have convinced me to spend several thousand on a replacement with him, but his honesty and integrity shone through. "Bo and Bryan arrived promptly at 8:00am to install my new furnace. They removed the 15 year old furnace and set the new one in place. It was slightly smaller than the old furnace so they had to fabricate a new transition between the cooling coil casing and the furnace. They completed the wiring including the control wiring for the humidifier. They programed the controls and test fired the furnace. They were finished about noon. They thoroughly cleaned the area. The installation looks great. Both Bo and Bryan were very friendly and cooperative with how I wanted the installation completed. I will definitely use Mission Plumbing heating & Cooling for my future HVAC services. I am extremely satisfied with the job they provided."

"They were prompt to respond to the quote request and showed up the next day. Which was good because my kitchen faucet was leaking as was the cold water shutoff valve. That promptness was the main reason I went with them. The guy that showed up, Will, seemed knowledgeable and was polite. My issue is that he showed up as a professional with basic tools to change the faucet in a kitchen sink. I have better tools than I saw him using. One example is that he was tightening the nut on the bottom of the new faucet that secured it to the sink with channel locks instead of a dedicated faucet installation/removal tool. The other issue I had was the lack of parts in the rather nice new panel van he showed up in. Maybe that's a new thing in the industry but I would have expected a few basic parts to be stocked on the truck. To be clear I didn't have a bad experience, it just wasn't a very good one. They did the job but if I had to do it over again I would have gone with someone else."
