"We are DIYers and have always done our own tile work, but we had a large master bath project that included a 4.5 feet x 11 feet shower, and our age is catching up with us. We performed all the rough-in work and made it ready for the mud pan and tile, then began looking for the right contractor. After interviewing several, we selected Deano Tile because Dean Smith listened to our vision, provided valuable input for the design, and quite frankly made more sense than anyone else we talked to. We made this decision despite having to wait some time due to him just taking on a large hotel project and, wow, the wait was worth it! Antonio and Louis are masters of their craft. After taking measures to protect our wood floors from the front door all the way to the master bath, they had the shower drain set and mud pan in on the first day. Then came the waterproofing membrane and the shower floor tile, which is a small hexagon mosaic, perfectly centered in the shower space. As they began the large format tile shower walls, they consulted us on starter row placement and gave suggestions for the best outcome. Every cut, angle, and notch is spot on, the shampoo cubbies are perfect, and the main bath floor went just as well. Dean Smith visited regularly to insure the project was proceeding smoothly. Other staff delivered materials as needed so no delays occurred, and all debris was hauled away and the space was left clean. We are overwhelmed by the finished product. Even the shower glass supplier commented on how square and true the mounting surfaces are. Now its up to us to paint the walls and trim for our vision to be fully realized, and we will not hesitate to use Deano Tile again in the future."

"It had been over ten years since the last vent cleaning so we figured we were probably were over due. When I saw all the glowing air duct reviews, I decided to contact Whole Home Cleaners and got an appointment for the next day. I got a call the evening before Doug was to arrive that he was ill so I appreciate that he wouldn't come when he was sick and that the company let me know ahead of time. We rescheduled for the following day providing he felt better. Doug arrived 40 minutes after the scheduled time and got right to work. We did a walk through of the house pointing out all the vents and familiarizing him where all the vents were. Since he does this for a living he knew better than I where they would be. Doug was great with our dogs (Great Danes) and I was appreciative that I didn't need to board them in order for him to do the work. He caution me that he would need to leave the door a tad ajar so if there were any concerns about the dogs getting out that I was aware of this which was very conscientious of him. Doug also included a dryer vent clean out and said ours was very dirty and he would recommend dryer vents be cleaned out every two years . Realizing build up of lint in the dryer can make a dryer work much harder if its not cleaned out is a good recommendation not to mention the fire hazard so was glad that was done. He did the entire house in about 2 hrs and 45 minutes. He was very efficient and didn't leave any dirt and even took his shoes off to work. He showed me how he loosens the dirt from the main furnace returns and showed me all the dirt that was collected from the house which made me feel like it was worthwhile that we had done it and perhaps we'll see less dust for a while. Doug was a delight to work with and was kind and efficient. I would use him again. He does a great job and is a hard worker."

"In one word, I am loving my new bathroom. Pros: they knew their way around. The finish was very nice. Tiles were laid straight and flush. Plumbing and insulation were well designed and proved to hold well for the past 50 days or so. They would go extra steps to get things done right. They would advise on choice of materials. (But I'd suggest you stick to your own liking.) Explained different materials so you could make better decisions. Very glad he told me about the paint showing darker than looking from the sampler. The shade came out very pleasant. Cons: Went well over budget on materials. Had to shop more times than I expected. For 10 years experience you'd think they had some sort of list. I was left with about 10 receipts to go through for returns, not including the orders I placed online. Finished most part in 7 days starting from demolishing. Then painting took 6 days, one of which they did not do anything at all. That could've definitely been improved. Oh they didn't seem to like masking tapes."
