"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Very responsive, customer focused, and technically competent...I called them late in the afternoon and they were out at noon the next day. Awesome work by Lew...repaired the dryer within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price! We will use Brevard Appliance Services for all future appliance repairs."

"The service was completed and I am completely satisfied.

Things they did:
The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out.
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."

"We had one company say it would be a more expensive repair.  Brevard Washer and Dryer were honest.  They replaced one little part.  We were pleased and satisfied with their service.  They were great and very reasonable.  We found them trustworthy.  Our dryer has been working ever since."

"Stan was very friendly & professional. He cleaned out my dryer vent from the dryer to the outside. He explained that the vent was completely stuffed from the outside. He worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards, even leveled my washer for me! I would definitely hire him again for work on my appliances."

"We particularly appreciated the team’s reliability, craftsmanship, and ability to address questions or adjustments promptly throughout the process, the finished result exceeded our expectations and has significantly improved both the appearance and functionality of our space; I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking a dependable, skilled, and professional construction and remodeling company."
