"A terrific job as always. A Clean Sweep has taken care of our chimney for over 14 years. This time they performed a level 2 inspection of the chimney and cleaned out our dryer vent."

"It went well. Jimmy called ahead that day and said he was running behind. He came alone, inspected and cleaned the chimney box and flue. He inspected the cap and showed me pictures indicating that the paint was peeling off the cap and rust spots were forming. Jimmy cleaned up after himself and left no trace that work had been done."

"In August 2018, my lower level AC was not functioning well. I called Keller and Ethan and his helper (Mr Keller's son) came out and fixed the system (old system from late 1990s and it is working well. This week, (Oct 2018), the furnace was not igniting the gas heater element. Ethan determined that the motor was not working (it had been whining for a long time---so has been on the verge of conking out for some time now). Came back 2 days later and fixed (same model motor is virtually silent). Installed a new thermostat also. Keller is a great small family company. I will always use them. Totally satisfied."

"Lonnie came out and noticed the vent was compacted and metal vent tubing itself had begun to corrode in the ceiling. A new vent was installed in a couple of hours by going through our ceiling. Could have possibly saved our family from a catastrophic event. Checked the alarms, fire extinguisher, and gave me recommendations on CO2 alarms and a 2nd story evac ladder available on Amazon. Will hire again for work on chimney and gas logs."

"I asked friends if they could recommend a roofing company that would do a relatively small job like this, and do so in a timely manner. I got no recommendations. I decided to try Angie's list for the first time. There I found Authentic Restoration, which was highly rated. I called and in fairly short order, Scott Bullard (Field Operation Manager) came out and determined my problem. He explained that the rubber boots that seal around the pipes have a life expectancy of 8 years or so. He showed me a product that was made to fit over the original boot that would stop my leak. Since the roof was 13 years old and I had about a dozen other vent pipes, I asked him to address all of them. The price for all was much less than I originally expected to pay to fix the single leak. The best part was that Scott gave me a date and time that he would do the work. He was right on time. Also, after the first rain, he called to make sure the repair was successful. It was."
