"Reuben was right on time and did exactly what he promised. One thing I know about people is whether they are caring or not, and certainly Reuben is one caring individual. I was concerned about a water heater replacement and he said that he wanted to see if he could repair it before we even begin to talk about a replacement. He was able to obtain the materials and put in a new hot water pipe and fittings for the water heater and WOW - hot water! By the way, he has tremendous respect for Vets, police and fire and active duty and gave me a great discount. He's on my permanent list for plumbing! Thank you Reuben for a job well done!"

"David sold this water heater replacement job to me with his knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and accuracy of what to expect. Jose is a fantastic installer. After he finished, he took the time to explain to me what I needed to know to operate the water heater. I did get cheaper bids but for the money I spent this group was the right call for me. They went above the call of duty to make sure everything was handled correctly. This includes the verification phone call. Thank you young lady."

"Issac was quick to respond to our distress call on Sunday, August 15, 2021. @12:25 pm. Our A O water heater and Whirlpool water softener started leaking all over the garage in our track home development In Redhawk Temecula. Issac was very helpful and professional. He picked up a new 75 Gallon A O replacement water heater and installed the same weekend day! Highly recommend Issac Mailhot Plumbing & Contracting. You will not be disappointed!! "My house was backed up I could not use my kitchen sink with out water coming in to my bath tubs adding to the water not to mention the waste.So I decided to call Alpha 1 Rooter and plumbing to see if they can help me out with my issues. They came out and were very knowledgeable in their craft, not to mention respect, kind, and courteous, and very professional. They did what they called it a pipe burst to fix my mainline. Now my house is flowing like never flowed before. Thank you Alpha 1 for making sure me and my family are able to use our facilities with no worries not to mention the great price we paid.
