"I first took the boot to Kimmel Shoe repair in Broad Ripple, where a haughty woman behind the desk informed me that it would take three weeks to repair the slide and would cost $17.00.  She assured me it could not be done before that time, so I took my boot to Shu Renu.  A very pleasant gentleman said the boot would be ready in five days and charged me $12.00.  What a pleasant experience.  Although Kimmel is much nearer my home, I will never go there again.  Each time I have, it has been an unpleasant and expensive venture. <br />"

"This was the best service OF ANY KIND I have had in years and years. Not only was the job very well done, the service was just as friendly and professional and customer oriented as anyone could want. This firm, contrary to what Angie's List shows, does indeed service my area -- they actually pick up and deliver for free!! (I am in Carmel, Cento's is downtown.) Since downtown parking can be tricky, they will also meet you curbside if you call on your cell to let them know you are nearing their location. What was astounding was the reasonable price. I actually ended up insisting that I pay them 50% more, because I did not feel the price was adequate. I am pleased to recommend Cento's to anyone -- and have actually already sent a note to about 50 friends to let them know there is indeed a great shoe/purse/leather repair shoe in our area. No need to put up with the unfriendly, expensive service their competitors are noted for. Centos repaired three bags for me, one of which the competition said it could not repair, and they did a GREAT job. I am so pleased to have found them. Oh, yes, one more thing: I took the purses in 15 minutes before closing time on Tuesday -- walked out with two of the purses, and the third was delivered to my door at 8 AM Friday. I'd challenge anyone to beat that kind of service!"
