"We experienced water damage in our house and i am sensitive to mold and have chemical sensitivity as well. I have a young child and pet and wanted someone who would remove mold and do proper testing and clean with something nontoxic so that i would not react to mold or cleaners. I was so happy to find a company not far from me that not only did this but also did whole house and hvac cleaning as well and was so thorough. Even tho dealing with this has been upsetting, every person in this company has went above and beyond to help ease our fears, answer questions and update us step by step. I would highly recommend this company esp to anyone sensitive to chemicals and or mold or who wants the job done right (should be everyone!)"

He said that it wasn't necessary to use his services and a general contractor could correct this relatively minor problem when repairing the damage. "Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. He did the air quality testing we requested in 5 separate areas of the home. The results came back very quickly (within 48 hrs). We are in a new home and didn't think we had a problem but wanted to rule it out before having medical testing performed on us. With the testing, we found one bathroom with some beginning mold readings, but nothing at this time to escalate to a full remediation. Tony was honest and straightforward with our results. We did not need any further remediation from him. Tony understands the results and levels of the findings and can find the appropriate resolution! As a follow-up - due to his testing - we started looking into our bathroom issue and found the builder had not even hooked up our exhaust vent to any ductwork. It was literally just sitting in the ceiling with nothing attached to it. This is what was causing the extreme moisture in that bathroom. It has now been fixed. We are so glad we had this testing done. Had it not been for this report we could have had a real bad mold issue in our house very quickly!"
