"I had two wall sections with damage that needed to be repaired with new drywall and paint. Vitaly from Apex Design Build did a beautiful job on the walls -- I'm very impressed. I hope not to need that skill again any time soon, but I will certainly contact them the next time I need another wall repaired -- it's virtually impossible to tell there had been damage. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. I have always been very impressed by how Apex Design Build cleans up everything when they are done working -- and they even took it away with them. Excellent work and in a timely manner for me."

Very well done, no problems from start to finish.  The building parts arrived via courier and the provider was there to receive the shipment and verify all the parts were there.  The delivery was complicated by the courier service, which refused to deliver to the back of the house, so the provider shuttled the parts from the street to the destination.

The construction of the shed proceeded  without any difficulty, and Steve the carpenter was delightful to work with, always a pleasure to have around.

"Mr. Eisele responded promptly to our request for an estimate.  He showed up on time to do the estimate, and then sent us his estimate quickly.  We really liked him; he seemed the most professional of the three companies we contacted.  However, his estimate was over $1000 higher than the other two estimates we received; he also said he wouldn't schedule the work until after he received a down payment and he would probably be able to do it 6 or 8 weeks after that.  Needless to sat, we chose a company whose bid was considerably lower and that could do the work much sooner.  Nevertheless, we really liked Mr. Eisele and would consider him for future projects.

He said that it just needed to be caulked. I appreciated his honesty. He checked my whole house for wood rot. He explained everything first before doing the work. Ron replaced several rafters that were damaged by mold and used wood that was in the shed to replace other rafters at no additional charge. The original quote was for replacement of damaged plywood sheeting after replacing the damaged sheets Ron went ahead and replaced the rest of the sheeting at no additional charge. He took great care in making sure he matched the color of the shingles that we wanted sending me pictures of sample shingle colors and together we picked the best shade and color for the job. Ron kept us informed from the beginning to the end and the end result is exactly what we envisioned. In the future we will not hesitate to call Megrock Construction for all of our home repair needs."
