"Installed wainscoting in kitchen with lovely results! Timely estimate and job availability from George while other companies never returned my phone calls. I would recommend George without hesitation. Looking forward to calling him with my next project."

"Matt was extremely responsive and consultative during the sales process, far more so than some of their similarly well reviewed competitors. It took several consultations to get just the right door and windows selected, during which Matt was very helpful and patient. The installation was a little later than initially expected, though I said I wasn't in a hurry. The installation started and finished on time. The crew was professional and respectful. I was impressed with the quality of the installation. I would absolutely use the home improvement company again."

"Got the run around for a month from the original company that installed it trying to figure out if anything covered under warranty. Eventually they were able to tell me the original shingles used and warranty status (if actually telling the truth). Called Rick (used Angie's List to find a contractor) and within 2 days the work was done. Everybody I spoke with was great and very helpful. A++++"

"My old windows were originally installed in this house many many years ago. They were difficult if not impossible to open. I called the Window Man to rescue me! He arrived promptly, described his products thoroughly and offered to provide his services at a reasonable price. He arrived on time for the install, installed the windows, cleaned up after he was finished and hauled everything away. Now I'm able to easily open my windows, let the fresh air in and enjoy the fall scents and sounds."

"The workers that Dave sent were very friendly and considerate. When they unwrapped the old wood on the columns, they found that there were no posts inside. They had to go and get 6x6 posts and install those. Then they replaced the old wood with pvc materials (my choice) and added trim to the top and bottom of the columns. Then they painted them and they look exactly as I had envisioned - so pretty! They also installed a wrought iron handrail that I had ordered for the steps ."

"We have used Frazee Buiding Company many times over the past 6 years, and Tom Frazee impresses us every time.  He is professional, innovative and does quality work.  It is a pleasure to interact with him and his team of people.  Tom is responsive and follows up frequently when his subcontactors are doing work.  You never feel like he is not fully engaged in whatever project is going on and is always available for questions.
On this occasion of installing new hardwood floors in our entire downstairs, Tom and his team were very considerate about the timeline of the project to ensure that we were displaced from our usual routine as little as possible.  We first talked about how we use the downstairs rooms of our house so that a plan could be devised to minimize the disruption to our lives while the demolition of the old hardwoods and the installation of the new hardwoods was going on.  It was a very smooth process, and we did not feel like our lives were altered very much at all while all that was happening.
The new floors are beautiful and we are very pleased with the result of the installation.  Tom never disappoints us with the quality of work that he does.

"It's a difficult area to control rainwater because of the size of the parking area.  They installed rip rap, edging and a drain to control the flow of water down a slope at the side of the garden.  This is an effective drain. In very heavy rain, there is still alot of water pouring through the drain, but Eathwood has relliably continued to monitor the area, and make improvements as needed.
