"They stained my oriental rug and claimed it was abrash. Their cleaning process also stretched and added lots of wear to my antique rug. My oriental rug had handprints and stains after it was picked up. They acted like they were doing me a favor re cleaning it and delivering it to me. After inspection of the rug washed the second time, stains were present and the delivery guys couldn’t explain what it was. They said the owner would come out which he never did. Now I have rugs that are ruined. I think this company is unethical. It is hard to imagine they have so many positive reviews based on the way this case was handled."

"This is the second time I have used Josh. The last time was in 2012 for outdoor painting. He was responsive and came out same week for a quote. He was able to get me on the calendar within 2 weeks. It was a 2 day job. Since he was able to get me scheduled quicker than I expected, he helped me decide on paint color since I had not had time to decide. They were professional, clean, quiet and efficient. The nice thing about Josh is he always goes the extra mile. Offered to patch a wall by my front door that had a gauge in the drywall (2 areas) and did this for free. This was not one of the areas I was painting, but I had leftover paint he could use. He also offered and changed light bulbs out that were on a high fixture that is hard for me to reach. Additionally, he painted all the doors in my master bath/bedroom for free because he commented it was just not going to look right with the freshly painted walls. The doors look fabulous with a nice glossy finish. He was right-they would have looked terrible not done. He patched drywall in the bathroom that was crumbling. Had him patch the ceiling from an old leak that damaged the drywall in my office. The leak was repaired instantly, but I never had the drywall patched and ceiling repainted. Looks great. Also, had another bathroom ceiling painted and small area of ceiling patched where a nickle sized amount fell off that was over a screw. He also offered to caulk and paint the piece of wood over my garage door that was chipping for $75. I had paint left over from 2012 job. Everything looks great! Will hire again!"
