He worked his magic to use pieces of different rolls to finish the project, Nobody will ever see how he put the puzzle together - it looks perfect. He's a good man who does good work."

"In July, 2019 Mister Painter completed an exterior paint job on my house in Carmel, along with significant maintenance of my screened-in porch. They did an excellent job, and Chad Young was very honest and straightforward to work with. Part of the job was not even quoted in advance - some more extensive carpentry than originally anticipated - but Chad charged a fair amount and I was very happy with the results and the experience. The only real issue I had was a few top window panes that were painted shut (always do a walk-around at the end!) but besides that everything met or exceeded my expectations. Chad is a man of few words while on a job as he is running 4 crews and striving to maintain high quality and service, but he never failed to return my calls & texts and was willing to work on things that needed tweaking. Mister Painter was the middle of three estimates that I got, but the overall cost was within my budget even with the extra carpentry and rebuilding of one whole wall of my screened-in porch. And the re-screening was something that not every painter was prepared to do, so that made my job so much easier to just have a single provider. I hope to have them back at some point for some interior painting - I would not hesitate to rehire them."

"After contacting Jeff regarding the paint job, he came to my home to look at walls and what all job would include.  He sent his plaster guy the next day to make sure they would be able to match the textured swirl in my ceilings.  He sent me the estimate for the work the next day or so.  I got a second estimate, approx $6000, and opted to hire Jeff.  His estimate was $1800.
Jeff's estimate did not include the fireplace or the trim around windows and doors.  That was an additional $190.
Jeff was very professional and punctual.  I actually left Jeff and his workers in my home during the day while I left for work.  I had no issues with any aspect of working with Hanley's Painting.  Jeff and his crew did not work on weekends.  He started work 7:30 AM and they worked until approx 2PM, which I had a cut off time of 3pm.  He started on Monday and finished the following Tuesday.
They job could have been completed sooner if I didnt have the 3pm cutoff and they worked on weekends, but as the job has ended, I am very pleased with my walls and ceilings.

"They do not wear booties or vacuum up any of the sanded plaster.  It was a big job for me to clean it up. They got grey filler from the ceiling on my wallpaper. Most of the ceiling was pretty smooth- but far from perfect. Some lumps and holes. I was disappointed

"Torlando and the Color Theory team first provided an extremely helpful
color consultation to help us determine the interior paint colors for
our living room/dining room, hallway, kitchen, and guest bedroom. We'd
had difficulty deciding on colors given how our home flows from one room
to the other, but Torlando had excellent suggestions and had clearly
taken mental note of objects and furniture in the home to give him
insight into our color preferences.

Next a team of 2-3 painters appeared every day for several days. Our project leader was Caitlyn, and
she was awesomely organized, witty, and a master at patching wall
cracks and other unsightly areas. She was assisted by Josh and Miles.
All three were really fun to have around. They were super careful to
clean up at the end of the day so we could use our home, and they were
similarly careful prepping and covering furniture (we had ceilings done
as well).

The whole operation was incredibly well organized.
They were able to use our garage as a storage area for their painting
equipment, which was tidily put away every night. I think they treated
our garage better than we treat our garage, frankly :)

We will definitely have Color Theory back again for two remaining rooms, and likely the exterior of the house some time next year. Great people! I honestly miss them now that they're not showing up daily!"
