"Installed glass in a window with a broken seal. Employees were clean and efficient. I would use them again."

"Amazing customer service! Fadely Home Design replaced all the windows on my home (siding, roof, and gutters too!) about 8 years ago. This winter I noticed fogging in 4 of them and a crack in one (thanks to our 90 degrees temperature swing in 48 hours). I called Mark to let him know of the problems; he asked me to send him photos of the serial numbers so he could order replacements for me. Today someone came out to swap the window panes. All fixed! How much did it cost? $0. Seriously, $0 parts & $0 labor, and no hassle! I wish I could have Mark take care of all my home projects!!"

"Eric was professional. pleasant, and very knowledgeable about many different aspects of not only window repair, but also home improvement. I must have asked Eric a thousand questions, but he patiently answered them all, and gave us some great suggestions on what would make our home look much better, He was very honest and his price was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend him!"

"These guys are fabulous! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are professional, reasonably priced for the wok price they do, and they do great work. I have used them on many projects large and small for over 5 years. They have done both interior and exterior work, from painting to landscaping, to construction, to home repair. They have ALWAYS completed the work on time and with exceptional quality."

"Dependable Glass Service provided excellent service at a reasonable price. They were incredibly fair and honest—what we initially thought were broken window balances simply needed to be reattached, and they took care of it without pushing unnecessary repairs. Their communication was clear and responsive, from providing the estimate to scheduling the work promptly once the glass arrived. I truly appreciated their professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend Dependable Glass Service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future."

"They certainly exceeded my expectations. After they power washed the buildings, they meticulously covered all the windows, and taped/covered any vent or object protruding from the buildings. They even removed all the downspouts. While replacing some wood was part of the job, they identified, and replaced wood that I didn't know was bad. When they were done the only things left were a sparkling house and barn; no other indication that they were there. They should be the first company that you call."

"Barry was very professional and very easy to work with. He is very good about video communicating and keep to his time and day. He was very flexible as well. Prior to the day of the repair I thought of replacing the current door with a sliding door so I reached out to Barry to see if he could come out and take a look at it. He made the trip and accommodated the change. On the day of the service he showed up close to the time agreed on and did a great job. He left the place clean and tidy after he was done and the job looks great. Will definitely think of him for any future needs."

"The company did a good job fixing the window. They were courteous and professional. I have other window screens that need replacing and I have ask for quote. My only issue is that it took them longer than stated to replace the window and screen."

"From initial contact, with Brody, to finish of the repair with Ricardo and his helper was great. Brody had the same idea for the repair as the engineer which gave me confidence. All contacts with the company were professional and helpful, and the cost of the repair was reasonable."

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."
