After the installation it became difficult to get they to finish all the detail associated with the complete job, i.e., setting up phone access (per agreement) and repairing something unrelated to the AC project, though it was part of the overall agreement. Still, I would give them 5 stars with reservations. I am still waiting for them to complete the job."
