"We are very satisfied with service and repair provided by Appliance MC. We contacted Alex thru Angi to repair a leaking dishwasher. He was very professional and responded within 10 minutes to setup an appointment for next day. He confirmed 30 min ahead of the appointment to say he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and identified the parts that needed to be replaced and provided a quote and indicated it would take few days for the parts. He called 2 business days later and setup the repair date. Very quickly and competently disassembled the dishwasher and replaced the old parts and run short test for leak. Ran dishwasher load next and had not leak. We will call Alex in future for repair/service of our other appliance as required."

"I called Yurik early in the morning and he answered all my questions very professionally and was very nice. We agreed on a price for all the parts and labor and within 2 hours he was at my house working on the Air Conditioning unit.  He was dressed professionally and didn't smell bad. All the work was done within a 4 hour period and they left my house just the way it was when they first came in. Yurik was fast to respond, did the work fast, and cleaned up afterwards.
