"I have been working with Alan for years and he has always been very reliable and in some cases, a life saver. It's important to have people you can count on when you have residential units with tenants moving in and out, and Alan is always there when I need him. In this last situation I have had abuse of the use of the laundry room so Alan secured it for me as well as changing 2 locks on a move out. In the past he has installed special security gate locks as well as changing all my locks on my move outs, which has to be done immediately. After my garage didn't work, I called Socal Garage door and I spoke to Oren. Oren was very nice to me and asked me to text him few pictures in order to see if he can detect the problem via the pictures. After I texted him the pictures, He called me and said that he see the problem and he asked me when will it be a good time to pass by and fix it. Oren sent his worker that came on the time frame that he said and he brought the parts that he needed for the work. He worked for like an hour and he fixed my garage. The price was very fair as well and they charged it via the phone. Definitely recommended company to work with.

"Joe Kincaid is a great contractor.  I first met Joe back in Fall of 2014 when I was looking at contractors to do a remodel of a home that I had just purchased.  The home was built in 1959 and many parts of it were original.  I wanted to upgrade the electrical box and grounding as well as replace a few of the lights.  There were a some other items I was pricing out with him, such as a small roof repair and a small bathroom remodel.  

It was on a Sunday morning, when Joe called me around 8:00 AM that my simple remodel changed completely.  We were about a week into the project.  Fortunately, Joe stopped by the house that morning early to check up on the work progress.  When he arrived, he found that my cold water line had burst under the house overnight.  The entire house was under several inches of water.  Joe was instrumental in helping me get the repairs started by first contacting a flood/mold remediation company to dry out the house.  

In the end, I had to do a complete home remodel.  Every room was affected.  Including what we were originally planning on renovating, Joe replaced the flooring (tile and wood laminate), baseboards, drywall, painting, electrical plugs, breaker box, roofing repairs, new shower tiling in the master and new shower/tub in the 2nd bathroom, new vanities in both bathrooms, new cabinets and counters in the kitchen and much more.  Joe got the work done on time and on budget.  If I could change anything, I would have used Joe for the copper re-pipe I had to do inside the house after the flood.  Even then, Joe noticed and helped take care of issues that the plumber left unfinished.  Joe became my eyes and ears during the project.  His communication was great!

Earlier this year, I had another water line problem at the house.  This time the water main line was leaking underground between the street and my house.  My first call was to Joe.  He stopped by that day and called me with his recommendations.  We decided to replace an area of the copper pipe that was leaking.  Hopefully this will be the solution as the rest of the pipe looked OK.  It was certainly a lot less expensive than replacing the whole line. Joe was thorough and did a great job both times I have used him.  I like how he is willing to give options to meet my budget and best of all, I trust what he says."

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."
