He was prompt & really polite. He actually arrived at 0800. I learned that I was to have an inspector *AND* a technician included in the deal. This was such a great bargain. <br /> We walked through the house & he answered all my questions. He put on booties even after I told he didn't have to bother. He even managed to translate my terrible description of what I now know is called an Earwig. He advised me on minor repairs that can be made to prevent future issues as well as being very upfront about the cost of everything should I choose Spencer to do it for me. It always makes me feel much more secure in dealing with companies when I don't have to ferret out the pricing. He also assured me that the treatment being used was pet safe. Matt was extremely personable & it was a pleasure to meet him. He gave me a packet with the performed services & emailed me the requested quotes on yard pest control. He let me know that any emails would go straight through to his phone. Matt let me know that he could help me with the feud my dogs have against the raccoon should they need it.  <br /> Marcus arrived at 0830 as Matt was finishing the inspection. He was very polite & also insisted on the booties. I appreciated that he let me know before he needed in a room with a closed door as that's where I trapped the cat. There was no smell from the treatment. He explained that it was pet safe, too. Marcus let me know when he was going outside. After he was done, he rang the door bell, gave me his card, a list of their complete services with performed tasks checked off, and talked me through the tasks.  <br /> I am very happy with both gentleman and the company itself so far. "Bart did the estimate for our termite prevention. My wife and I like him very much. He explained everything in layman's language and quoted us a price that we were very satisfied with. He also came out with the man who was going to do the actual treatment to make sure the guy knew exactly what we wanted. The serviceman worked quickly and cleaned up his mess completely. Afterward, he explained  to my wife what he had done and why. Wife was pleased.  <br /> <br /> Bart had also quoted us a price for my father's house (which I am trying to sell). He said we could do the treatment for peace of mind if we really wanted to but that the house had been treated with chlordane and again recently with the new chemical. He also said that with the condition of the land the house was sitting on, it was unlikely that it would ever get termites and treatment was really unnecessary. "I called Justin Ludy, the owner of Palmetto Wildlife Extractors, based on a recommendation from the pest company I have used for many years.  We made an appointment.  During the time they were to be at our house they had an emergency call that required more time and manpower and they were not able to keep our original appointment date.  Justin told his Michael, one of his employees, to make another appointment and correct our problem without charging.  The work was completed very well.  I later called Justin to send him a fee but he refused and made the work a gift since he said they had disrupted my day when the original appointment was not kept.  I certainly appreciated his professinalism and concern for his customers. <br />"

"Zac did a great job inspecting and answering all questions and carefully explaining how they work and what they cover and all my options. He seemed honest, smart, and knowledgeable. He is also the one that will do the quarterly treatments which I was glad to know. I decided to go with them for quarterly pest and termite options. They didn't zap me more for the initial treatment when doing a plan like others do, and since I had holes in the ground already from past termite traps, he gave me a better deal on that as well. I called him back after getting another quote and info, and he answered questions that came up there as well. I feel like he will do a good job for me."
