The estimate was extremely fair, especially, when supplies can tend to increase in price, due to demand. Shingles were high in demand, so there was a bit of a waiting period to get the shingles in stock and to schedule the workers. But Lisa, in the office, kept us posted and made sure that everything moved along as quickly as possible. The team that worked on the roof were professional and efficient. They protected the property and cleaned up after. Lisa and John Keller kept in touch, every step of the way, to make sure everything fell into place. Would definitely recommend John Keller Roofing! "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"Home Resources installed two sky lites and the work was completed.  However, overall commuication was inadequate. 
Installers showed up without calling calling.  This created an inconvenience for me, because I had to leave work to ask and answer questions of installers.
Also skylite needed cleaning, after install, again workers showed up with wrong ladder promised to come back next
day and did not show up.  There appears to be no coordination between office and workers with no oversight by  management.

"The owner, Mike Cover, responded to my initial e-mail within the hour. I explained what I needed done and he said it would be a disservice to quote a job without seeing what was needed first. He came over the following day when I was available. He walked through my house and we discussed what work was needed. He promised a written estimate within 24 hours, which I received before the night was over. We made arrangements based on my availability. He and his assistant were at my home on time that Saturday afternoon. They hardly spoke while tackling each task quickly and efficiently. They worked really well together and did an amazing job."
