"Found company and coupon on Angie's list for $39 plus parts. Easy to schedule and they honored the coupon. Arnold was the technician and he brought technician. Both very professional and competent. Arnold showed me significant deterioration of the bottom of the air handler box. Over 20 years old. Already knew it was past its useful life. Asked him to quote a replacement and upgrade. He submitted two products, both very competitive pricing. I ended up with the more expensive, as I want variable speed fan for energy efficiency. I did purchase the replacement and look forward to seeing this team again when it arrives. Highly recommend this company for HVAC. FYI add on Angie's says they do plumbing, which they no longer do. Also asked for price to replace exhaust, which they don't do as they say mostly electrical. So it's only a HVAC company now."

I was in a real bind to get a toilet installed in my home yesterday. I contacted David at JGB Renovations around noon an explained why I needed this install expedited. He committed to help me. About 6 pm I received a call from Raymond, one of David's men. He explained that he was on a job but could get to me later in the evening. He arrived about. 8:30 pm and got right to work. The job was completed around 10:30. Raymond did an outstanding job and even left the bathroom spotless. He was very personable and professional.

"They mother and daughter team were very attentive and thorough. They gave attention to detail and really got to the key areas I needed "extra" attention to. They cleaned my ceiling fans, Wood grain blinds, windows & sills, walls, baseboards, floors, all surfaces cleaned and dusted, bathrooms completely cleaned  (tubs, sinks, floors) All floors swept and mopped and cleaned my kitchen as well. Very pleased with the outcome, and will be using their services going forward!!"
