"Neil was great.  I thought we needed new tracks a new spring and possibly a whole new door.  Neil came the day after I called him.  He tried to come the same day, but I was unavailable.  He worked on my garage door for less than an hour it now it works perfectly.  He discovered the home builder did not install the tracks properly.  After fixing them he adjusted the travel limits of the opener and lubed the entire door.  I am very happy with the work he did.  <br /> I chose Affordable Garage Door after seeing some F reviews on the "highly rated provider".  I didn't like hearing that they were in the up sale business.  Neil is not.  He finds the problem and fixes it.  He could have put in a new spring, but instead he let us know that it may go in the future and when it does to call him, we will. <br />"
