"Totally impressed with this company from beginning to end talking with Andrew, office staff to installers Dave,Jeff and James. Everyone was extremely professional. The 3 installers were just as nice as could be and their work was perfection. So far so good. Thanks so much.. We absolutely love our screen room."

"Express Sunrooms of Charlotte was hired to repair a large (12â X 52â ) 35 year old deck. In addition to the deck repair, they were asked to install a large awning (12â X 24â ) and to replace 3 glass sliding doors and 2 windows. Before the work began, on-line reviews of the work were evaluated which showed a high satisfaction rating. The quote provided by Express Sunrooms was also checked against typical charges and found to be quite fair. Throughout the project and at every stage of the project, the management dealt with us honestly as if we were family. The customer service was top tier. Since no construction project has zero flaws, it is always interesting to see how the contractor responds to them. We found that Express Sunrooms went above and beyond our expectations. We wouldnâ t hesitate to use Express Sunrooms again and highly recommend them."

"It was a pleasant experience with Courtney"

"It has been slow so far and lots of mis communication. They show up late and some days not at all. It has been very cold but there are things they could be doing. I finally let the contractor know I was disappointed and he actually came out and things are starting to go a little faster. We'll see once they are finished."

"Eli has completed two jobs for me, the first was changing out a garbage disposal; after agreeing to a very fair price Eli was meticulous with the install and even cleaned up and left my under sink spotless when finished. The second job was painting a stairway going to my second level, this has very high walls and not an easy job. He first taped all the electrical switches, the floorboard and made sure tarps were laid down so no paint could damage my stairs and floors. He even fixed an area without my asking where there was small damage on one wall. He spent as much time preparing and he did on the painting and the results really show. Once again, he left my house spotless as he cleaned up before leaving. I gave him an extra $100 as I was very happy with his work and the outcome. Do NOT hesitate to reach out to Eli for almost any type of job or work you also will be very happy!"

"I was very pleased with the outcome of my new year round sunroom. It came out so much nicer than I expected and I was very greatful in the help with all the details and great ideas they shared in this process which made it all that much better. They really put a lot in getting to know what I wanted and Achieving it. I will definitely call them back for my future projects."

"We had Palmetto Renovations renovate or kitchen and it came out beautifully! Their 3D rendering services are great as they help to visualize the project and determine finishes. Needless to say, we have bathrooms we need updated and we will be hiring them in the coming months - project planning is already underway. As a bonus: this group takes communication serious and we never went a day with wondering what all got done or what was coming next. Give these guys a try and be amazed!"

"David was very professional from start to finish on our deck rebuild. He gave us options and kept us posted with a timeline for our build. David and his staff pay attention to detail and they were very polite and we enjoyed having them build our deck. We would highly recommend David and his crew."

"We had a few days delay due to the weather but once the process started everything went great. They cleaned up everything and it was a pleasure coming home to a new roof with no mess. I would highly recommend their work to anyone. Thank you Lakeside Construction."
