"Doug was easy to work with. He came home fast to understand my needs and gave me some options with a cost proposal that was reasonable. Later he completed the project very proffesionally adjusting to every little detail and communicating with me constantly. They arrived on time every day and cleaned after. I will hire him in my next project. Thanks Doug and John!"

"Laird installed sheet rock on the unfinished, interior walls of a two car garage, repaired problems with the existing sheet rock work and painted the walls and ceiling. Despite some oddities with the existing sheet rock his crew repaired the discrepancies and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I really appreciated the attention they paid to the mud work on the seams and fastener holes as they are completely invisible on the finished job. Excellent work."

"Josh is professional, creative and very talented. Josh is a perfectionist and treated our kitchen and basement/bathroom remodel like it was his own. His pricing was more than fair with no hidden surprises. He transformed our house to what we wanted it to be and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. This was our first major home renovation and he helped us make decisions the entire process. We will certainly hire JL again and have already been recommending him to family and friends!!!!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Mallette Quality Construction for a full replacement of my home’s windows and siding, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. The consultation was thorough—they listened to my needs, offered great suggestions, and provided a fair, transparent quote with no hidden surprises. The installation crew worked efficiently and treated my property with care, leaving everything spotless once they were done. The new windows are stunning, energy-efficient, and have already made a noticeable difference in my home’s comfort. The siding? Absolutely transformative—it’s given my house a fresh, modern look that’s gotten compliments from every neighbor. "The first time we hired Dan back in 2004, 20 years ago and from that time we would never hire anyone else. Over a few years Dan remodeled all the house, since we cannot afford to do it all at once. Dan's expertise, knowledge, and quality of work is exceptional. Also I want to stress out that Dan is a very decent and intelligent person. Today it is almost impossible to find a contractor like Dan. If you want to see Dan's work search on zillow 144 harvington drive in Rochester. The house was sold in 1 day after the brutal bid war and every potential buyer loved Dan's work. Dan is a real craftsman and we are very happy that met Dan 20 years ago. Also I know many people Dan helped to remodel the house and they were very happy. I hope that Dan stays in business forever and I want to thank him for being Dan and doing wonderful work."

"Vince and his team where very efficient knowledgeable. Vince followed through with the plan to remove a deck and front porch and extended both out. Both were replaced with composite decking. Would highly recommend this company."

"I can't remember how we found Doug, but we're in the process of converting our home to single floor living and wanted to convert a linen closet to laundry room with machines vertically stacked. Doug came by very promptly and gave us a very fair quote, explained how he'd get it done, and I immedately trusted him. When the time came to do do the work he showed up on time with his crew, who were truly nice and very hardworking guys. they completed the job and were even able to put in some great shelves. They did a GREAT job and I can't recommend them highly enough. By the time it was over they felt like family. We also have to refinish kitchen and dining/living room floors. Before working with Doug we had lined up someone else, but after joining his "family" we got a qoute from Doug and he will be doing it, taking care of moving furniture, scheduling a pod to put it in, and then putting it all back together. Talk about full service! Doug and crew made sure everything was taken care of, made sure we were happy with the job, and went above and beyond what we had expected. Great folks!"
