"We were in the process of fixing the sink ourselves when we didn't have a tool that was needed. We had to put the project on hold. The next day I stepped into a wet area downstairs in the living room and had no idea where that could have come from. As I looked up a good part of the ceiling was wet and in areas so saturated with water that is was actually dripping on to the floor. Panic set in. Of course this happened on a weekend and after calling at least 9 companies I finally had one call me back. I didn't get good vibes and the more we talked the more I felt unsure about having them come over but also felt that I didn't have to luxury of time to keep searching. While they were on their way I dug a little deeper and felt that I had to look for a different company.
 I came across Parker & Sons. What a blessing!!! I called, they answered the phone in a very professional manner and after stating my problem they said they'd send someone over. It wasn't but an hr later and the plumber had arrived. I remind you, it is on a  Saturday, late afternoon. And there was Joseph, with a big smile, introducing himself in a way that calmed me down right away. I showed him the trouble spot and explained a few things. Once i was done he asked me some questions. We investigated together and afterwards he told me what needed to be done. I got the estimate and we proceeded. Not only was the price fair but the work was done in a very professional and clean way. I can't say enough good things about Joseph. He was concerned about keeping the work area clean and he wore booties to protect the carpet. I was more than nervous and yet he managed to keep me calm, we even had a few laughs. I had almost forgotten why he was there. Joseph worked very hard and every move he made he assured me that everything will be fine. He unclogged the sink with a 'snake' in a tight environment. Now here is the kicker. Not only did he remove some sick looking debris from the drain pipe but after all was done, he also cleaned up the mess. Including the sink, which was left dirty by us from previously working on it. He also double checked to make sure the sink was draining properly.
I will never call anyone else but Parker & Sons and ask for Joseph, should the need ever arise. Thank you for not taking advantage of it happening on a weekend. Thank you for being prompt. Thank you for being friendly and professional. Job well done!!!

I recommended them to my daughter but she had them install a gas water heater it was installed but she found out later that their work was not up to code. They did electrical work for me. I would recommend them for electrical work but not for installation of a gas water heater."
