"1st repair took less than 15 minutes and i had bought the supplies and the 2nd took 30 to 45 mins max. He replace about 2.5 1nch pipe add 2 -45's since the pipe was in little bind and switched out the PVC Value. The repairs were awesome and done correctly but for 1 to 1.5 hrs work and i paid drive time of $165.00 dollars - the bill was $1,100.00+ - it's a little expensive. However they did come right away to help me out because my cattle didn't have water for 3 days because of waiting on another plumber. Everything is expensive and they did good work but i really need to rethink it next time because a vacation day wouldn't have cost that much but i couldn't take off due to work. They are a very good company, did a really good job and respond right away so all in all really good company to do business with. Thank you for helping me out in a jam."

"Today Kory came over to determine what was the cause of my water heater malfunction. He was very professional, cordial, and personable. After inspecting the water heater, he sat down with me to discuss several different options regarding how to approach the repairs/replacement. He was quite patient; he answered my questions and listened to my concerns. He will be returning tomorrow morning with an associate to address the issues with the water heater. I am attaching a picture of the present water heater, along with a photo of the "Flood Stop" device to which it is attached. I will check back in tomorrow with an update after the work has been concluded, to report on the outcome."

"They came out to see what the problem was. An experienced pro came out with an apprentice. They were very courteous and explained everything. No charge for the evaluation of the low pressure water problem we were experiencing. Determined what was the issue was and not what most were saying that had to be replaced whether we needed or not. They replaced the defective inlet water pressure control value. They removed the plastic cover box and replaced the dirt with gravel so the the value would not rust or deteriorate and last longer and reinstalled the cover/box. Very nice overall job. Completed the job at a fair cost quoted after determining the cause and on the same day of investigation. I highly recommend Ernie's Plumbing Service."

"It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? "Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. "Stop and read this recommendation. I sent request on HomeAdvisor for plumber for master bath toilet break, they responded in minutes and came to home in a few hours. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity. I now have a lifetime plumber in Dallas and will recommend them on every social platform I use.
