"I was very much impressed with the installers and their work. They left the place cleaner when the left than when they found it. They also put in a patio cover for me and they did great on that also!"

"

Very detail oriented, quick responses to our questions and building choices.

Uses a program called Co-Construct keeping him and us on the same page during the building. This program also tracks payment schedule. As changes, adds, or deletes occur it follows all the tweaks in written versus verbal format.

"The company did a complete roof tear off and put on a new dimensional
roof. They added gutters and matched what was already there. They
repaired the crumbling bricks on my chimney basically rebuilding the
chimney . During the process a roof joist snapped and the owner came out
on a Friday evening to fix the problem. They also came back to replace
part of the roof that got stained by cement during the chimney repair. I
found them extremely responsive and fixed everything to my
satisfaction. There were no hidden costs and the roof looks great.

"I wanted a concrete pad poured under my AC unit outside. The unit was sitting on a plastic piece of junk that was starting to tilt. So I called around looking for someone to do it at a decent price. I found the best price from CNG Remodeling! He showed up when is said he would and was done in a couple hours. He picked up all the material and made it easy for me to just pay for his service. He put down rebar and tied it into the foundation of the house. The concrete won’t be moving anytime soon and it looks great! Thank you CNG Remodeling for doing great work at a fair price!"

"Originally hired J Co just for replacing the vinyl in my main bath. In the end hired them to also replace my living room carpet as well. Fast, friendly, and highly knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be calling them again when I am ready to replace the flooring in my kitchen and hall later this year."

"The salesmen,Todd and Dwayne are very nice gentlemen. The window installers were very good and nice to work with. The installers of the gutters were not very good. They had to return a couple of times to make it right."

"This Company was FANTASTIC!! They were extremely herlpful, building a large 30x40 shop building and garage. The work crew was always on time, very polite and professional and always wanted to make sure we were satisfied at every stage of the construction. I was so impressed I asked them to additional repairs and upgrades to my home. I have spent several thousand dollars with this company and will use them in the future. I have and will continue to recommend this company to everyone I know needing any kind of building , remodeling or repairs to their home. Again, I can't say enough good things about these professionals and intend to post another review as soon as the remodeling is completed on my home. GREAT PROs to work with for a GREAT job at a GREAT price to boot!!"

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Irvington, KY

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
