"Matt immediately contacted me once I asked for a quote. The bathroom tub drain pipe burst and water would drip in the apartment below when the bathroom tub faucet was turned on. Matt came out the very next day to look at it. He measured where he had to open up the floors [in this case] the ceiling in the apartment below and was spot on. He knew exactly where the pipe was and didn't need to make any unnecessary holes. He came back with his guys and fixed the pipe. He also gave me a new spout, drain cover, and silicone finish. Then, believe it or not, as soon as this job was done, the very next day our water heater's pipe burst and water went everyone, flooding the boiler room. I called Matt. He came by the same day to take a look. He came back the next day with a new water heater and replaced it. Not only were Matt and his team professional, but they lived up to their name "On Time". Matt was never late for the jobs. If any complaint I have, it would be that he came, not on time, but too early, which is not a bad thing. So can it really be called a complaint? "Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy.
