Their specific attention to detail left me confident at the end of every day that things would be done correctly and on schedule. We installed really high end furniture, fixtures and materials which they treated with care. Andy knew right away what was possible for our renovations, he was super clear with how things would go, what would be done and when. He checked in on us regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress and that all our needs were being met. When we were met with unexpected termite damage, the Arta team was super communicative and worked with us to resolve with little to no set back in schedule. Most importantly this team does not cut corners. They take the time to do it the right way. When I had any questions at all Andy was always available to reach over the phone or in person. We will definitely be using Arta Construction for all our construction / home renovation needs going forward."

"From start to finish everything was easy. Bob walked us through a plan to completely renovate our kitchen, living room, bedrooms, basement and bathroom. Nothing had been updated since 1975 and now everything is brand new. They worked fast and efficient. Will be bringing them back in the spring for more updates on the outside of the house. Nice to have someone give you their word and then follow through even better than we imagined."

"Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."

"The project came in on budget and took less time than expected. Any adjustments that had to be made while the renovation was ongoing were addressed without issue. Joe, the head contractor, was always answered his phone and stopped through the site almost every day. The workers were on time every day and polite. We were kept up to date what work we could expect the following day. The workers even stopped back after the project was done to fix any minor imperfections that we discovered after living in the space for a couple of days (which I’d imagine any major renovation is going to have). We are planning on having another bathroom redone and would definitely hire him again."
