"Peter was very helpful with fixing our recent problem with ac not working. Called him at 5:00pm when I came home to a house temp of 91* and he was there by 7. Replaced our capacitor and guaranteed it would get cold. Sadly it did not get cold. He did come back the next morning replaced the capacitor again, but still wasn't cool so he came back that afternoon, super cleaned our unit, tested it and it started to work! He also set our expectations that if we kept our unit clean and debris free, then it could lower our power bill. Happy with end result and Peter!! Will call again!"

"I had a home warranty, an extra policy on my house, so I had to use the people that they provided.  Other than their telephone answering, which takes forever, they were really good.  I was always glad that I had that coverage.  They had a person come out to confirm that my dryer was not broken and that it was the vent, and then I hired a provider to come and clean it. I had to pay the service charge for the technician to come out and  check my dryer.  When you try to call them you can never get through on the phone; they don't have enough telephone operators.  I never like to do it online because I wanted to talk to somebody and find out who they were going to pick as my vendor, because one time in all of the times that I used them, they sent me a really, really novice plumber who messed up my sink.  I think I had a broken garbage disposal or something that he didn't have the tools, his truck broke down on the way, he was very young and wet behind the years, and it was a company I never heard of.  So whenever I needed plumbing or maintenance on appliances or something, I would just call them and say I wanna use that other named company.  But they always do an excellent job.  I would say a B overall only because of how hard it is to get in touch with them.  For price, I shopped around before I renewed with them and they were very comparable to other companies and they didn't have a lot of exclusions, so I would say A.  I'm retired now and I won't be buying another house so I had to cancel my contract with them, but if I was going to, yes I would consider using them in the future. "
