"I saw an ad on Angie's list for a Quiet Cool Trinity Pro 3.3 whole house fan system installed for a good price. However, I wasn't quite sure the 3.3 would move enough air for my sq. footage. I left a msg. and Christopher the owner called me back the next day as he was out of town. We talked about the system and since I already had a pre-existing fan, but it was the old style box top from 20 years ago that sounded like a plane taking off. Christopher assured me the 3.3 would be more than enough for my sq. footage, especially since I installed a Quiet Cool Attic Gable Vent fan that moves a lot of air too. He also said the noise reduction would amaze me and it did. It's been turned on high and the lady of the house didn't even know it was turned on. Since, I know how to tape, top, texture, and paint, Christopher gave me a great discount from the Angie's list price. The guys, Phil and Eddie, showed up on time and ready to go. It went by fairly fast and I've just finished taping it out. Tomorrow or the day after, I'll get down to topping it and finish it with some orange peel texture spray to match the existing texture and paint. Great team and great price for a great product. "My AC stopped working last November, and since then i had 4 contractors i called to fix it, i was turned down by everyone. i called Tyndall and peter came out and talked about it with me, actually troubleshot it, and 2 days later had parts and fixed it. i would give them 6 stars if i could. im so glad to have my ac running again. my recommendation, if you want something done, call Tyndall, because the rest of the contractors seem to just say its not fixable and leave without even looking at it. these guys were the first people that listened, then looked at the unit before declining service, and then actually fixed it. 10/10 great job and thank you."

My wife and I did a thorough search in getting the best A/C Contractor in the Sacramento area.  The search included Angie?s List, Better Business Bureau, California State Contractor?s License reviews, personal recommendations from neighbors and friends.  After all our searching we ended up going with Diamond Heating and Air.   We signed the contract with Bob Weatherford who is also the owner of Diamond Heating & Air.

Both my wife and I were especially impressed with Bob?s thoroughness in explaining the type of system we really needed, the SEER rating of the equipment, and the best way of replacing the existing outdated  heating and cooling system, inadequate insulation, and faulty duct installation.   These were all good suggestions in transforming our home into a more energy efficient and comfortable environment.   Also, it was pointed out that some of the existing ducts became loose and disconnected.  Fiberglass insulation was blowing into one of the rooms.  The outdated  ducts were installed many years ago, and were poorly installed, wasting lots of energy, and the duct work was hanging too low below the floor joists.  

Bob suggested that the new duct system be relocated and strapped contiguous to the floor joists which would allow us to walk underneath the house so we could better utilize the space for movement and storage.  Another big task involved the installation of new attic insulation.   This was a big job that required the knowledge that Bob has as being a Licensed Building Contractor.  

Again, the thing I appreciated the most was Bob?s honesty and the effort he made to make things right.  Bob and Elaine worked hard to qualify us for the SMUD low interest rate financing and qualify us for the rebates that SMUD and PG&E were offering.  This helped us tremendously in bringing down the costs of the project.    My wife and I are extremely happy that our home now has an excellent home energy assessment from SMUD and PG&E.  We expect that our annual electric savings will be significant.  We are very happy to recommend Diamond Heating & Air to our family and friends.

"This was a two day job. The two men, Willie and Jose, who did the work were competent, courteous, and professional. They were responsive to our questions, did a good job of tidying up, and worked diligently. I think the work went very well. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again.
