"A technician arrived at the appointed time and easily diagnosed the problem. I had purchased the unit and had it installed 6 years prior by another company but I couldn't recall if it was still under warranty. The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference. I did decide to call the installer, and that was the right decision since it was a problem with a part they had already replaced for me, they had had the same problem with other units from the manufacturer. I am confident my house will be cool this summer, that's all that counts, right? Even though Huft didn't do my repair, they showed professionalism with helping me come up with the right solution and help me safe money in the process."

"Colby came on time in the morning to give me an estimate of installing an outlet in my back porch and a new switch in my dining room that would be connected to a new outlet The price was reasonable and I hired him. He sent out two young men on the same day close to noon. Ryan and Scott were polite, pleasant and kind young men who did an excellent job!! They even drove to the Ace hardware to get the right switch. (3 ways) They cleaned the mess inside and outside of my house. I will hire them again and highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!"

Sergio scheduled an in home quote with me right away and arrived at the time he said he'd be here. He was very friendly and explained the entire scope of work to me and my wife. We scheduled an install date for two days later. On the day of installation, Sergio again showed up on time. Sergio originally told me that the project would take him approximately 2-3 hours to complete. He completed the project in 1 hour. The quality of his work was absolutely perfect.
