Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

They did an amazing job especially since the weather was so bad that day. it poured rain all day, but that did not slow them down.. they did not rush or cut corners and the work was done right.. they even took the time to answer all my questions and show me all they did and explain the good and bad of the installation.. they were very clean and did not leave a mess.. very reasonably priced too. Originally, I planned on getting a tankless unit, but that was prohibitively expensive and not allowed in my community. Taking the next prudent steps, I secured my three estimates. Not only was AquaFlow the least expensive, but when I met Enrique, I knew I wanted to work with him on this project and all future plumbing issues. He explained what needed to be done, secured the tank from the supply dealer, and showed up at 9:00 AM promptly as promised. It was originally planned to be a two man job, but the other person couldn’t make it. Enrique did the entire job on his own. I was amazed. He worked until 5:00 PM. "We were blown away by the quality, efficiency of work, attention to detail and customer service of Precision Plumbing & Heating from the very first interaction and throughout the entire process. Over-the-phone and in-person James was professional, highly communicative and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our telephone call was responded to immediately. James came over the very same day to review our list of items we were considering having done. Clear and intelligent advice was provided and a reasonable quote was submitted the next day; work was scheduled for a couple of days later that was able to meet out tight deadlines for getting the work accomplished. The list was long...old corroded jumbled waste pipes, in danger of failure, were expertly replaced. A couple of old damaged faucets were replaced cleanly and professionally. I would like to finish as much as possible but want to make sure it doesn't impact you."
