I have used Sucoy and air in the past for air-conditioning repairs and I liked the way they did their work. They explained exactly what was going on and what it would take to fix it without trying to upsell me or cut corners. So I knew when I needed to replace my HVAC system at some point I wanted to use this company. They're a small business and locally owned and operated. The two technicians that came out to replace my system did a fantastic job. I have an attic installation for my furnace unit so I know it's not an easy job to do. They were efficient, courteous, and kept us informed the whole way. They did a little things like making sure to put on shoe covers every time they came inside the house and making sure to tarp over clothes in the closet where the access door was for the attic. The carrier system that they installed comes with a 10 year parts warranty and a 20 year heat exchanger warranty. They also provide free maintenance for up to a year as part of the installation. I would highly recommend Sucoy and Air for your HVAC needs!!!"

"I apologize for this very late review. I chose Lisa's Elite Sedan's from Angie's List for a special occasion based on the reviews that I read, and I was not disappointed. I received excellent, prompt and professional service, and the price was what I had been quoted. My friend and I were picked up from her residence, taken to the entrance of the Kennedy Center, and picked up after the concert, and returned back to her residence. The vehicle was immaculate, and since I am disabled, I was given assistance entering & exiting the car. All of my expectations were exceeded. I would definitely recommend the company, and would use them again.

"I needed the splash guard replaced on my 2007 Honda Civic in a hurry because it was dragging on the ground. My boyfriend and I have been regular ABS Unlimited Auto Repair customers for about two years, so he called them on Columbus Day to see if they could squeeze me in. They said to come right in. When we went in, Tom took a look at it, called the Honda dealership and ordered the part. ABS had it installed by the afternoon. The service was great.
The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro. ABS professionally reattached the bumper at no charge...without even telling me! I continue to be delighted by their excellent service. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you ABS!!!

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"First let me say, great customer service is hard to come by nowadays. After dealing with a broken A/C unit for a month this summer, I finally woke up one morning and decided to find some help on Angie's List. Several options came up, but when I saw that Grove & Son was located down the street from me I decided to buy local... and I am very glad I did. Travis & his assistant stopped by within the hour. They were professional, polite, personable, and very reasonable with pricing. Travis even took his time to make sure that I understood what options I had; as well as their longetivity the potential and price difference. Grove & Son Plumbing Heating & A/C will exclusively be servicing my home if I ever have a problem that's too big for me."

"Upon responding to a call late in the evening (already a plus), provider arrived around the time he had offered,  Starting to look at controls technician new right away the brand and then proceed to check and test the pump.  Afer a couple of trials found that the capacitor was not working.  Luckily he had one in stock (another plus for the service) and replaced it.  While not an expert myself, not sure the cost of parts but the charge inheritly has an opportunity cost that is crucial to make repais.  Well done!

"Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."
