"Bought the $29 service call deal.  The technician came and diagnosed this issues with my dishwasher (new pump needed) and icemaker (new unit).  He made a call back to the office and quick got the estimate for parts and labor - as the parts needed to be ordered.  When the parts came in, we scheduled the time for the installation.  All working perfectly now!!!!! thanks!

"My experience was wonderful from start to finish that began with my initial phone call.  I had to leave a message, but Tim called back the very same day to schedule Dan to come to our home for a quote.  They were very happy to accommodate my limited availability due to a hectic business travel schedule - pretty remarkable.  Dan arrived on time, was both friendly and professional, very conscientious not to track any dirt into the house (took his shoes off outside), and gave me all of the information I needed.  I called later that day (a Tuesday) to schedule the install, which occurred on a Friday of the same week - remarkable again.  On Wednesday, Dan came by with the agreement (again all professionally setup by Tim) and on Friday morning Tim, Dan and Karl arrived on-time with smiles.  Each one is professional individually, but together they are simply fantastic!  They reviewed everything with me after the installation was complete and cleaned up so well that you hardly knew they were there.
Today, I received an unexpected call from Dan!  He called to simply check-up to ensure I was still happy and if I had any questions.  Follow-up after the service is complete and paid for - remarkable  yet again!  Tim, Dan and Karl are AWESOME!  They are professional, courteous, nice, and just plain nice to do business with:)  I will not hesitate to use them in the future and will happily recommend them to friends and neighbors.  Oh, and, we LOVE our soft water!
