"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. I will be glad to call Mr. Morgan again if we have any more leaks. He is always prompt and capable and does no damage to our home."

This is the 2nd time we have used this company.The water line to the refrigerator was in the slab in the wall behind the refrigerator that we were relocating. He chiseled out the concrete and  capped the line. Then ran a new line to the refrigerator. Did a stellar job. I would highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job and went over and above by cleaning the units and performing a quality check that was over due. We are club members, so the cost of service was very reasonable. "Mark had worked with us a couple of years ago in replacing a gas line and did a great job.  So, when our water heater stopped working, I texted Mark at 8 pm. Mark was at his birthday party, but got back to me right away. We talked and he gave me advice as to what could have been wrong with the heater. The very next day (I believe it was Sunday), Seth, who works for Mark,  was there in the morning to take a look. Given that we have two young children and were without hot water, I appreciated it that they cared enough to look at it on a Sunday. We determined that given it was an old heater, and that the part that was faulty was expensive, it made more sense to replace the heater. The very next day, they came with the new heater and installed it in 3 hours. And just like that, we had hot water. They did a great job and even tidied up some of the plumbing around the heater.
I've now had three great experiences with them, and I don't even feel the need to price shop anymore- they are always on the reasonable side. I understand that there may be many companies that can replace heaters, but I think the combination of quality of work, honesty, friendliness, cost and care for the customer that they exhibit is unparalleled. They'll easily be my only call for my next project as we need to replace our air conditioning units. Highly, highly recommended.

"I have used CPR plumbing twice now. Once for an emergency callout (on Father's day) and again today to fix a broken water heater thermostat / valve.
In both cases, Chad - a master plumber, came out to resolve my issues. For the emergency callout he was at my house in 45 minutes after I called. Today, I scheduled an appointment for the afternoon - I got a call before he left and he arrived on time.
For my water heater repair, I was initially surprised at the high quote given, however, after reviewing the (rather high) cost of the replacement part online, I consider it to be reasonable value - especially given that he had to drive out to a plumbing supply store on the other side of town to pick up the replacement.
On both occasions, he has taken the time to educate me on the correct preventive maintenance, and things to look for in regards to the issue at hand. He is both professional and friendly - and as noted above, a master plumber (not just an apprentice working under the "supervision" of a plumber who you never see).
Overall i've been impressed with the service i've receive and will continue to use CPR Plumbing.
