He saw we had some pipe insulation, so he took some and installed it. After that he went outside to test and "clean" the condensers. He tested them and then took a hose and sprayed around the outside of the units, including opening the corner of one. All told he was here for under 30 minutes. When he brought the bill, I asked him why he didn't open the units, and he said he didn't need to because they were really clean on the inside. I looked into the units after the fact, and they are not clean on the inside. There is quite a bit of sludge on the bottom, as well as leaves and branches."
