"Hired Modern View to complete a total remodel of our small master bath. We demoed room and hung drywall prior. Then let Modern View take care of the rest - taped and finished drywall, installed shower tile, floor tile, shower doors, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, all fixtures, ceiling fan and vanity light, and finish trim. Painted. Room turned out fantastic. Also had them do some drywall patching in a couple closets. They even did some extra work we didn't originally discuss. The owner Mark is excellent to work with and his craftsman does quality work. Will look to their help with future projects."

"It went extremely well and very smooth! We love our new bathroom (well, its been five months - sorry guys for the late review!) We had a small and very outdated full bathroom with amongst other things: a bathtub liner, a soffit above the tub that served absolutely no purpose, wood floor and an awkwardly located linen closet. We now have a beautiful bathroom including a tiled shower/tub, a custom cabinet & drawers replacing the old linen closet, porcelain tiled floor and no more soffit which makes our small bathroom look much bigger. "Was a very smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial contact person, to the person that came to my home to scope out the work, to the supervisor for the job to the two guys doing the work. All were very good at their jobs. I just needed to have the cracked tub surround replaced in a small bathroom and wasn't sure that anyone would want to do that small of a job. They were up front from the start that if they were going to do the work that they would also need to replace the plumbing as they would not take the chance of doing work with leaking plumbing behind it. I then also decided to have a the soffit above the shower (from a previous owner's remodel job) removed which added a lot of work to remove the framing and install ceiling dry wall, making the job much more complicated. I told them that my biggest requirement was going to be that if I was going to pay for someone to do something that I could do myself that when it was finished I expected it to look much better than what I could have done. When it was done they exceeded that goal greatly and every day now I notice some other small detail that the nailed perfect."
