I just bought a house in Visalia and it turned out the underground gutter drainage system was completely clogged and flooding the back yard. Had no idea where the pipes went or where it was clogged. Ebert had an excellent understanding of how those systems were constructed and how to best diagnose where the problems were via a fiber optic camera snake. Was a little pricey but very much worth the expense in this case as I was able to fix the systems without having to dig up and replace everything. Great experience!"

Now, the temperature in our home is consistent in the various rooms which has been a problem over the past 20 years. Keith said that the project was underbid by error but they stuck to the quote that was given to us. We had several men from the company working on the project. By far, Pedro C and Kody M stood out and were top notch paying attention to detail and cleaning up after themselves on a daily basis. It was very hot and they stayed late to make sure that we had air conditioning over the weekend. The bottom line is that they did not cut corners and were neat and professional and most importantly delivered on their promise to give us a system that works well. "No one showed up during the 2 hour window I was given. I called and was told they would check with the person the work was assigned to. The company called back to say the worker hadn't gotten the message about being assigned my job. I was told he was on his way but that it would take 40 minutes. When he arrived he said he had to charge more for my type of windows (divided panes). I paid $200 for exterior only, when 6 months prior I had paid $400 for both inside and out (equivalent price). the prior window washers had brought ladders and thoroughly washed and dried each window. This company sent one guy with a pole, no ladder. After an hour he said he was done and wanted to be paid. I pointed out that the windows weren't dry. He kept repeating that it was "complete". Bottom line, the worker wasn't even close to being on time, the work was mediocre, and the price was nothing special.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
