"We woke up one morning to our house at a nice chilling 65 degrees. The thermostat was set on 71 degrees. I went to feel our base board heating and they were ice cold!! I called Moore Heating. Within several hours someone was at my house to look at our heat. In just a few minutes the tech realized that a wire had came loose from the unit. Sigh of relief for me that there was nothing major wrong with the heat, but because it was "after hours" I had to pay $250 for a 5 minute job! But on the bright side, we have heat now!! "Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

He actually fixed our ongoing problem that discount mechanical couldn't diagnose after hours and taught us about what needed to be done down the the tiniest detail and how to keep it on the up and up.
